The project has now completed the Feasibility Study and Detailed Design modules, and are now in Module 7 – Construction. This process started with the 60% Construction Documents phase which was completed in late February with a submission of drawings and specifications to the MSBA. The following step was then the 90% Construction Documents, followed by 100% Construction Documents, bidding and then construction. The current schedule has actual construction starting on site in Fall of 2026, with early site and prep work starting in June 2026.
